Ashley's Bridals

We did Ashley's bridals back in June. A few different locations around Orlando and Altamonte. She didn't want me to post these until after the wedding so Josh wouldn't see her dress!

Within The Frame

frame
Wanted to tell you about a book I bought recently. It's called Within The Frame: The Journey Of Photographic Vision by David duChemin. Go ahead and click on the picture of the book above and buy it now! This has to be one of the best books on photography ever written. I love how duChemin mixes the how and why of photography so seamlessly. You WILL BE a better photographer just from reading this book.

duChemin also has a Within The Frame Podcast on iTunes that is worth subscribing to as well. After you read it, you can come back to this post and thank me!

2009 World-Wide Photo Walk

I participated in the World-Wide Photo Walk today. My walk was in Dunedin, FL. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the day:

This was probably my favorite picture. Kathleen was resting in front of a gas station after a long day. I asked her if I could take her picture and she said sure. She said it had been many years ago, but she used to be a model. Neat lady.

Join my Mocha Club Team!

homepage-ina
Mocha Club is about connecting your community with our community in Africa. You start by giving up $7 a month, the cost of 2 mochas. For the Brian Williams Photography Team, we have chosen to support the project that helps orphans in Africa. Here’s what the Mocha Club website has to say about this project:

HIV/AIDS and disease have taken the lives of so many parents in Africa, and that has left orphans for us to care for. First of all, we provide the children with proper shelter and nutrition. Then, we will make sure they are getting a proper education. But this is only the beginning, as our goal is to develop these children into future leaders in their own communities. Take, for example, Felix, who in 2003 we found sleeping on the floor of one of our elementary schools with 14 other boys...Just four years later, through our orphan program, he will be going to college to study law. This happens because your contributions equip local leaders to teach these children the life lessons they need to move productively back in to society.

You will make no better investment in your life than in seeing this type of transformation.

By giving up just $7 a month, you can make a huge difference in the lives of many orphans in Africa. Join the Brian Williams Photography Team so our gifts can be multiplied! Invite all of your friends to join as well so together we can bring hope to these children.

Right now when you join our team, you will receive the free Mocha Club t-shirt that you see in the picture above. Sign up now!
